The CNBC Financial Advisor 100 is an independent ranking developed by CNBC in partnership with data provider AccuPoint Solutions. The 2026 evaluation process began with more than 41,578 registered investment adviser firms across the United States and considered factors including assets under management, years in business, and regulatory and compliance history. The pool was narrowed to firms that completed detailed surveys before the final rankings were determined through a proprietary methodology.
